1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the "Lamh" platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs the relationship between the platform and the educational institution (the School).

2. School Obligations

• The school undertakes to provide accurate and correct data for students and teachers.
• The school is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login credentials of its staff.
• Compliance with using the platform only for its intended educational and administrative purposes.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

• Fees are based on the selected plan (Basic, Excellence, Elite) and are paid periodically.
• The platform reserves the right to adjust plan prices, notifying the school 30 days before the next renewal.
• In case of payment delay, the platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service until settlement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, and systems available on the Lamh platform are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform and may not be copied or reverse-engineered in any way.

5. Limitation of Liability

The platform makes every effort to ensure 99% service uptime; however, we are not liable for any interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control or internet service provider issues.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
